THE GRAND BALLROOM
The Ballroom is a multi-functional venue able to host medium-sized conferences, meetings, gala dinners, receptions, fashion shows, product launches and also concerts. This space can seat up to 350 guests in cocktail style, including 200 seats. This versatile venue, is completely open plan, with pillar-less space. Creating a space perfect that caters for any event.
THE PROMENADE ROOM
This stunning, coastal inspired meeting space is encompassed by natural lighting, overlooking the energy of Surfers Paradise, catering for up to 160 cocktail style and 130 for banquet quests. Perfect for intimate meetings, social and networking events, as well as, larger presentations.
For intimate meetings of 8 delegates, our Boardroom offers you modern, natural light filled space, perfect for key presentations.
THE SHAPING ROOM
Where Great Ideas Take Shape. A board room that’s anything but boring. Inspired by the backdrop of iconic Surfers Paradise this natural lit room has floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering guests the perfect meeting space to carve out great ideas and shape the future. With a large, timber boardroom table, sitting in the centre of the room, 15 guests can sit comfortably in ergonomic chairs and will be surrounded by the latest technology. Breaks can be easily enjoyed outside on the adjacent Pool Deck. Unlock your next great idea, and carve out the future in – The Shaping Room.
The Deck creates a stunning backdrop for any event with four pools, surrounded by private day beds and picturesque gardens, overlooking the city’s bustling boutique retail presence. The Deck can cater for up to 500 guests and contains flexible event spaces including Poolside and The Pavilion.
Toast to seasonal produce from throughout the region in our semi-private dining space, within our Hotel Restaurant, Catch Restaurant. Enjoy a restaurant-style dining experience for up to 80 guests in a cocktail-style and 42 guests for a seated dinner.
