This Valentine’s Day, share in a divine dinner for two at Catch Restaurant, a short wander from the Surfers Paradise foreshore.
For $75pp, loved-up couples will sip a cocktail on arrival and be treated to a three course set-menu hero-ing fresh and sustainably sourced seafood with entrees and desserts to share, and the choice of main from three mouthwatering dishes.
Entrees to share feature chilled prawns, Kingfish sashimi, natural oysters and a tempura pumpkin flower.
For mains, the choice between the chargrilled sirloin, the grilled barramundi and the pan fried gnocchi will be a tough one to make with all three dishes giving any foodie serious heart eyes.
For the sweet tooth: the dessert platter doesn’t disappoint, with dark chocolate mousse, lemongrass panna-cotta and baked cheesecake on offer.
When dinner is over, we invite our guests to stroll on down to the Lobby and indulge a little more with Ms Margot’s Bar & Eats specialty cocktails. Seal the night with a kiss for the perfect Valentine’s Day at Hilton Surfers Paradise.
