Inspired by the Gold Coast lifestyle, the restaurant offers a vibrant, coastal atmosphere and fresh, affordable cuisine.
The seasonal menu, created by Executive Chef Kathy Tindall, has subtle Asian influences and a focus on sustainable seafood. Catch Restaurant enjoys an ideal location overlooking the energy and excitement of Orchid Avenue.
The 160 seat main dining room is complemented by a semi private dining area comfortably seating groups of 60. The restaurant features large circular porthole windows, filling the space with natural light, and an open kitchen where the team of Chef’s create their culinary fare.

Secure parking is available in the hotel’s undercover carpark. Please proceed through the entry off Orchid Avenue and park in the Hotel carpark (blue) on level B2.
