The Ben Buckler is Larry Emdur’s internationally award-winning Australian whisky. On Saturday 29 August he joins us at CATCH for an intimate evening to pour it, host the room, and share the story behind the bottle.
Executive Chef Kathy Tindall has built three courses around the whisky, from cured Tasmanian salmon to a whisky-poached pear. The night starts with a welcome cocktail in your hand and ends with a full bottle of The Ben Buckler to take home, which sorts Father’s Day a week early.
