SOL is the new pool deck bar at Hilton Surfers Paradise, coming soon to Level 2. A
sanctuary of comfort where elevated leisure meets effortless hospitality, and where
sometimes luxury is nothing more than a quiet hour under the sun.
Set across more than 1,500sqm of open-air deck, with four pools, a spa and sauna and plenty of shade, it’s one of the largest hotel pool areas on the Gold Coast. Settle into a sun lounge, pull up a bar stool or claim a semi-private pod among the greenery, then let the day unfold
Eat and Drink, All Day
The bar moves with the day. A considered drinks list runs frozen and refreshing while the sun is high, then turns more elevated as the light goes golden over the coastline. The food is global favourites with a modern twist, relaxed and easy to share. As the sun sets, the kitchen turns to the grill, with seasonal plates cooked over fire and made for the middle of the table.

Sun Up to Sundown
Every little detail is designed for slow afternoons by the pool. Golden Hour runs daily from 3pm to 5pm, as the afternoon light stretches across the deck. When evening falls the energy shifts, with a curated playlist lifting the mood and carrying the day into night.
